Mota Media Marketing

Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what information our website and AI diagnostic collect, why we use it, which service providers help us, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 13, 2026Last updated August 13, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to personal information collected through motamediamarketing.com, including the Mota AI diagnostic and its booking flow.

Privacy requests for Mota Media Marketing are handled by Luis Guimont-Mota at luis@motamediamarketing.com.

2. Information we collect

AI diagnostic

  • Your diagnostic answers and any custom need you choose to describe.
  • Limited campaign attribution, such as the landing page, referral host and UTM campaign fields.
  • The recommendation, directional scores and proposed next step generated from your answers.

When you book or contact us

  • Your name, professional email, agency or company information, selected meeting time and any answers submitted through Calendly.
  • The diagnostic result and answer context needed to prepare for the call and avoid asking you to repeat the same information.

Analytics and technical information

  • Google Analytics receives usage events only after you select Allow analytics.
  • Cloudflare may process request, performance and security information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Before you book, diagnostic answers stay in your current browser session. No name or email is required to receive the recommendation.

3. Why we use this information

  • Generate and display your diagnostic recommendation.
  • Schedule and prepare for a requested call.
  • Create or update a lead record so our team can respond and follow up.
  • Measure the diagnostic experience when analytics is authorized.
  • Detect abuse, investigate errors and protect the website.
  • Meet applicable accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations.

We do not use the diagnostic score to make a fully automated decision about you. It is a directional recommendation for discussion and human review.

4. Systems, service providers and data location

We use the following systems and service providers for defined operational purposes:

  • Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and website security.
  • Calendly when you choose to schedule a meeting.
  • Google Analytics only after you authorize analytics.
  • MotaCRM, our access-controlled system, to manage requested follow-up and the resulting business relationship.

These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada. Their processing is governed by their service terms and privacy commitments, as well as our configured access controls.

5. Retention and protection

  • Unsubmitted diagnostic answers remain in session storage for the current browser session.
  • Your analytics preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear site storage.
  • Booking and lead information is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. The applicable period depends on that relationship and can be provided on request.
  • Technical and security logs follow the retention available in the relevant provider account.

Safeguards include HTTPS, restricted administrative access, encrypted provider secrets, scoped service credentials, server-side validation and data minimization. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your analytics choices

Essential session storage keeps the diagnostic usable. Optional analytics stays disabled until you authorize it. You can change the preference below at any time.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent for an optional use, ask questions about retention, or request deletion where the information is no longer required.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec about a privacy concern.

8. Questions, requests and changes

Email luis@motamediamarketing.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

We may update this policy when our practices or providers change. The effective and updated dates at the top identify the current version.
